Opel Astra hits a drunk pedestrian on the Vilnius–Panevėžys road
On Friday, 7 November 2014, in the evening at 18:02, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 102.63), an Opel Astra hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 60-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 60-year-old pedestrian, who was walking on a motorway. He was drunk (2.24‰ blood alcohol).
