On Thursday, 2 August 2018, in the evening at 19:26, in Vilniaus district municipality, Rudaminos village, on Gamyklos street near No. 46, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz C 200 Kompressor and an Opel Signum. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (30 years of driving experience). She was drunk (2.39‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
