DAF truck and three other cars crash on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis road
On Thursday, 12 May 2022, in the evening at 17:13, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis main road (kilometre 12.85), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF, a Volkswagen Touran, a Volkswagen Golf and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the DAF (11 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
