On Wednesday, 26 February 2025, in the evening at 20:50, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Anykščiai–Troškūnai–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 39.66), a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and an Audi A6 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Audi 80 (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
