Drunk Alfa Romeo driver and Toyota crash at Šiaulių and Gedimino streets, Radviliškis
On Thursday, 16 September 2021, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Šiaulių street, at the junction with Gedimino street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Alfa Romeo 159 and a Toyota Corolla Verso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo (40 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.27‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
